The short version: we collect your email only if you hand it to us, and donations are processed entirely by Stripe. We don't run analytics, we don't set tracking cookies, and we have nothing to sell to anyone.

Our newsletter and game waitlist forms ask for one thing: your email address. We pass it to MailerLite, who store it and send the mail on our behalf. We record which list you joined (newsletter or game waitlist) and nothing else. No name, no location, no tracking pixel.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Using it removes you from the list for good.
Donations run through Stripe Checkout, hosted on Stripe's own pages. Your card number, billing details, and any address you enter go straight to Stripe. They never touch our servers, and we never see them. What reaches us is the amount and Stripe's confirmation that it went through. Your receipt comes from Stripe.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests and keeps standard server logs, including your IP address, for delivery and security. Our typography is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a font is fetched.
That's the whole list. We run no analytics, no advertising, no session recording, and no third-party trackers. We set no cookies of our own.
The only personal data we hold is an email address you chose to give us. You can ask us what we have, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we'll do it. For deletion, the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email is the fastest route and needs no reply from us.
We keep your email until you unsubscribe. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone beyond MailerLite, who process it solely to deliver our mail.
Café Solovino is a gentle game and anyone is welcome to play it, but this website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us an email address, contact us and we'll remove it.
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. We won't quietly start collecting something new and leave this page saying otherwise.
